Burglary Arrest

On April 9, 2024, a construction site on borough property was burglarized and vandalized. With the cooperation of concerned citizens contacting the police for a suspicious vehicle and a thorough investigation, Officer Ficchi was able to identify the suspect as Matthew N. Moore, 23, of Caldwell, New Jersey. Mr. Moore was charged on April 18, 2024, with burglary and criminal mischief. These charges against Mr. Moore are merely allegations and he is presumed innocent until he is found guilty in a court of law.
