On April 22, 2026, at approximately 8:42 P.M., Ofc. Chiuchiolo observed a vehicle on Forest Way with an equipment violation. The vehicle then turned without signaling. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and the driver was identified as a 44-year-old male from Essex Fells, NJ. Ofc. On March 21, 2026, at approximately 10:35 A.M., Ofc. Rigas observed a vehicle traveling Northbound on Roseland Ave. with a Georgia temporary registration affixed to the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle continued down Borough Pl., failed to stop at the stop sign and failed to signal. Ofc.
